Case 1
A health care practice with 7 physicians and 20 office administrative employees implemented an Electronic Health Care application a couple of years ago and realized how mission critical it had become. They needed an IT service company who understood the health care industry, as well as their infrastructure needs to keep their applications up and running. NetCenergy was referred to them by a current medical practice customer. NetCenergy conducted an inventory and evaluation of their IT environment in multiple offices and presented a comprehensive report along with short and long term IT recommendations. As a result, NetCenergy was awarded a NetCare™ managed service contract for their servers, desktops, and network equipment.
Case 2
A manufacturer was moving into a new single facility from several locations and needed to consolidate their IT equipment into a single server environment that would support their various business applications. NetCenergy was recommended to this company as a potential resource that could help them assess their current IT environment and what they were trying to achieve in order to make appropriate network, server, and desktop recommendations. NetCenergy was selected for their IT project to upgrade, configure and install their new server with Microsoft SBS server software, as well as configure and install their network Sonicwall firewall and HP managed switches.
Case 3
A large medical practice decided to move forward with a major implementation of a national brand Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and needed to reassess their IT needs and was referred to NetCenergy from another major health practice that was already using NetCenergy IT services. The customer was impressed that NetCenergy spent the appropriate amount of time assessing and evaluating their current IT resources and also interfaced with the major EMR system provider to represent and understand their specific IT systems requirements. Taking into consideration all the many variables, NetCenergy designed and implemented a virtualization solution by leveraging the benefits of multiple vendors and their technologies in order to minimize the customer’s overall investments.
