A designated client contact is notified of any changes, resolutions, or subsequent issues stemming from the original service call. This designee is given a help desk number to ensure that they have access to support personnel when needed most. All service calls are logged into a centralized dispatch system to keep a history of all issues and issue resolutions.Quarterly customer satisfaction surveys allow additional feedback to be given to the server management team. NetCenergy utilizes these surveys to ensure that the customer is getting exactly what they want and need.

There are three levels of support under NetTrac, built-upon one another to provide our clients with an option that satisfies their needs at a price that works.
Our TecTrac service contract offerings provide you with help desk and phone support services available on an as-needed basis. The professional team at NetCenergy has helped scores of businesses reduce their IT support costs while increasing the services levels to their users. In essence, we amortize the cost of our high level, certified, trained network engineers over several customers. The result; you get fast response from a certified individual who knows your systems but at a fraction of the cost of employing your own resource.
In addition, NetCenergy provides hardware service contracts and pre-paid service blocks to help reduce hourly rates and provide guaranteed response times.
