Based on the customer’s business goals, NetCenergy offers a preliminary inventory and evaluation of the customer’s current IT environment in order to craft the appropriate IT solution. Then NetCenergy’s professional IT staff can design and provide the appropriate type and level of services spanning from the full Server and network down to desktop support.


Preliminary Inventory and Evaluation

During an onsite visit, our technical representative will conduct an inventory and evaluation of each server in order to learn more about their applications and what they are trying to achieve. This inventory also includes a count of all workstations / PCs, printers, switches, routers, etc. by make and model including the operating system. NetCenergy uses our customizable data gathering tool to assemble the details of each server, evaluating the server’s memory and listing OS updates, hardware updates (drivers and firmware) and software versions. The customer will then receive a report that contains the results of the inventory and evaluation along with the appropriate IT recommendations for either further assessments, upgrades, managed services, etc.
