Interim Staff

NetCenergy offers a unique program for assisting clients with their IT staff recruitment efforts. Most organizations do not have the expertise to determine their IT needs and are not able to provide an accurate job description as they add an internal IT position or are in the process of replacing an open IT position.

With our interim staff program, NetCenergy will assist your team in determining the exact job description required. We handle the screening and interviewing of the potential candidates and provide you with either our top three or our top candidate for your consideration. If you select this person, they will be provided on a trial basis for up to three months. If at any time during the trial period, you determine that the candidate is not appropriate, we will remove the candidate immediately and replace them with a new approved person.

Once a final selection is made, we will convert our temporary 3-month commitment to your full time employee without additional charges.
